  • STEP 1 - Book Your Stay
    Check Availability and Book Online

  • STEP 2 - Secure Your Booking by paying the deposit
    You can select to make the deposit using your Visa or Marstercard Credit Card at the time of booking. We can also send you the credit card payment link by email. If you prefer to pay using EFT, we will email you our bank account details.
    Please make a 50% deposit.
    You can use EFT payment giving your name as our bank transaction reference.
    Paypal customers may also pay by us by Credit Card through Paypal using the below "Buy Now" button. Enter your booking reference as the item description on the payment form.


    We will hold your reservation for 7 days to allow your payment to reflect in our bank account.

  • STEP 3 - Make final payment 14 days before you arrive
    Using the same reference number, pay the remaining 50% of the booking.
    Also add in the once off R300 cleaning surcharge and the refundable R1500 breakages deposit.

  • STEP 4 - Breakages Refund and Reviewing your stay
    We will refund your breakages deposit within 48 hours of your departure, less the assessed value of any breakages. Please communicate your bank account details to us so we can make the payment using EFT.
    Our booking system will send an email reminder to review your stay with us. We value your feedback.
